Announcing changes to our delivery service

We want to let you know about two important changes to our delivery service. These changes are necessary to cover our operational expenses in light of inflation and rising fuel costs, and cement the long-term sustainability of our business. They also enable us to continue investing in our team and our operations, all in service of our mission to make Hawaiʻi prosperous, healthy, and resilient.

Starting next Wednesday, June 15, Farm Link Hawaiʻi orders of $79.99 or less will include a $6.99 delivery fee. (Given the high cost of gas, this is still a great deal compared to driving to the supermarket and back yourself!) Orders of $80 or more and most pickup hub orders will not include a delivery fee. Additionally, the delivery fee will be waived on all SNAP-EBT orders, regardless of size.

Here’s a quick synopsis of the new fee structure, which goes into effect next Wednesday, June 15:

We are also adjusting the cutoff time for all orders. Starting this Wednesday, June 15, you will be able to edit or cancel your order up until 8 p.m. the night before your selected delivery day, rather than the current 11:59 p.m. cutoff. This adjustment creates operational efficiencies that ultimately will allow our team to focus on providing better service to you.

If you have any questions about these changes, please don’t hesitate to contact us via email (support@farmlinkhawaii.com) or phone/text: 808-201-5252.

You’ve been integral to Farm Link’s success thus far, and your ongoing support will help keep us strong in the months and years to come. We’re all in this together! Thank you.
